perpendicular to x – 3y = 3 and goes through (5, -9)

So if it’s perpendicular you have to have the opposite resipecole and for the original equation I had to move it around because it was in standard form then you answer would be y=3x-24 I know that person on the top is ignorant plus I did the work so just save the photo and turn it in hope this helped have a great day
