Using the distance formula,


PQ=\sqrt{(-19-(-14))^(2)+(-19-(-14))^(2)}=√(25+25)=\boxed{5√(2)}

Midpoint


\left((-19-14)/(2), (-19-14)/(2) \right)=\boxed{\left(-(33)/(2), -(33)/(2) \right)}
