The reports of the survivors of the Titanic wreck were essentially important for me to be able to construct my feelings and thoughts about the film and about this historic moment. This is because these reports allowed me to have a mental image of what happened and this mental image was very accurate, since it was created by reports from people who lived this moment. These mental images made me feel like I was in a shipwreck and felt all the uncertainty, fear, cold, sadness and anxiety that people felt.

These reports are important because of their historical accuracy, since the people who are issuing the reports have witnessed this moment in their lives.
