The 1868 Constitution of North Carolina included which new laws? Check all that apply.

It gave citizens the right to vote, regardless of color, but only whites could run for office.
It allowed all men over the age of 21 both the right to vote and to run for political office.
It enabled voters to elect politicians to a greater number of public offices.
It provided segregated public schools for African American and white children.
It desegregated society, giving African Americans and whites equal rights.

I went to quizlet and found something that said “The major change in the constitution of North Carolina of 1868 was that all men who were 21 or older could vote, regardless of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.” I don’t know if that helped.
