Please help me!

During World War II, most of the German people
identified themselves as either Protestant
(primarily Lutheran) or Catholic. With very few
exceptions, the dogma of most Christian religions
center around love and peace. That said, the Nazi
party systematically tortured and murdered
millions of Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, etc. If
both are true, then the behavior of the Nazis was is
in violation of their religious foundations.
