if both cubes are 6 sided. Then for the first one the probability is 3/6. second is also 3/6. but we are looking for the probability of this outcome. we can add all of the sides to get 12. then we have 3 even numbers and 3 odd numbers. which added together is 6. we bow have 6/12, which is 1/2 simplified
