This would be easier to explain if the vertices were labelled , however

Angles at the circumference of the circle subtended on the same arc are congruent.

x and 38 are subtended on the same arc

y and 68 are subtended on the same arc

z and 55 are subtended on the same arc

Thus

x = 38°, y = 68° and z = 55°
