Although racism is a big problem in America, it is not an impossible problem to be solved. For racism to be diminished or even exterminated in our society, it is important that social programs capable of educating children and adults in the most diverse educational and corporate institutions be established. This training should present impactful, convincing and highly persuasive concepts, about why it is important that no citizen is judged for their skin color, or any other characteristic.
