jamal goes out for a coffee and a cake with his three friends. He has only £15.00 on him. He bought 4 coffees at £1.85 each and 4 identical cakes. The barista gave Jamal £2.20 change. Will Jamal’s change be enough to buy him 2 more cakes to take home to his mum and dad?

No he won’t . He starts with $15 .. you subtract $1.85 from 15 ( 4 times ) should get you to $7.6 thenn you subtract $2.20 from $7.6 ( 4 times ) which would get you to a negative so no he will not
