Answer:
y+2=-3(x+3)
Explanation:
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-(-2)=-3(x-(-3))
y+2=-3(x+3)

y - ( - 2) = - 3 ( x - ( - 3 )
This equation can also be simplified to
y + 2 = - 3 ( x + 3 )
