Answer:

Try to forget the pain and think about how the pain will train you to be stronger and more durable. I ignore the pain even if it hurts, do that unless its a pain that really bothers you or hurts you a lot. That's how I reduce the pain of everyday things like running face first in to a refrigerator or a door etc.
