My answer - checks and balances make sure that the power isn’t unbalanced between the branches.

My answer - the legislative branch has the power to make laws. while the executive branch, is able to pass or veto laws. lastly, the judicial branch reviews laws as it is being passed by.

my answer - since 1934, the annual message or state of the union is delivered every january or february.

my answer - they have to present the idea whilst the house is in session.
what needs to happen to override the president’s veto so that you can become a law even if you are vetoed? ( kinda confused )
my answer- the senate as well as the house both have to have 2/3 of each of them voting to be able to override the president’s veto.
when and how was the supreme court founded ?
my answer - the supreme court had began when it was founded in 1789 from article 3 under the judiciary act of 1789.
