Can someone please correct my grammar from here .......July 30th 2020 morning around 10AM I had suddenly got sharp pain starting in my heart I fell on the floor my coworkers called the ambulance, I didn't remember anything after my wife told me I had a aortic A dissection repair with tampons I was on Ventilator for 8 days after I had a very bad pneumonia August 16 2020 I discharged from the hospital (VGH)

after few days I feel very depressed then starts getting panic attacks which was very bad one day my wife called the ambulance it felt like a heart attack I got very scared finally I got appointment with psychiatrist in surrey mental health doctor recommended me MIRTAZAPINE 15 MG 

which helps me for panic attacks but I still feel depressed in the morning and evening.​

I didn’t remember anything after my wife told me I had a aortic dissection repair. I was on a ventilator for eight days as I had a severe case of phenomena. On August 8, 2020 I was discharged from the hospital (VGH).

A few days later I began feeling depressed, then I started getting panic attacks. One day during one of my panic attacks, my wife called an ambulance because my pain felt like a heart attack. I was very scared. Finally I got an appointment with a physiatrist specializing in surgery mental health. The physiatrist recommended me mirtazapine 15 mg, which helps me for panic attacks, but I still suffer from depression throughout the day.
