most likely A because if there wasn’t punctuation, we wouldn’t understand certain sentences for example if i write “ so like me” without the question mark, would the reader understand that i’m asking a question or a statement

A because it’s helps make a more fluent piece of writing this can be seen in all other ways but I think that is the best choice
