World can be divided grographically in many ways, including continents,regions,etc. Another answer might be conflict emerging from the countries.

I can tell about relationships between countries is very bad because in both pictures their territory are protected.

Historical rivalries and competition over territory and resources might cause conflict between neighbouring countries.
