we'll need to simplify the expression by using the symbols and combations of the equation

(-2w + 11v) - (-15w)

we'll need to turn subtraction and multiplication into addition

so remove the bubbles, and add (keep the minus/negative sign

−2 (w) +11(v) +15 (w)

we'll separate the letters so w with w and v with v (or by it's self

11(v) + (−2(w)+15(w))

and this will equal the answer me and op who made the other answer correct

by subtracting 2 with 15 since it's negative so it'll equal 13w and 11v stays the same

11v + 13w
