y = (1)/(2)x + 2

But this one is inequality so you gotta remember this:

When y > x/2+2

- The shade/region is above the graph itself.

When y < x/2+2

- The shade/region is below the graph.

Therefore, the inequality as shown in the picture is


y > (1)/(2) x + 2
