Answer: y = -5x + 6

Explanation:

(1, 1), (2, -4), and (0, 6) are the points on your graph

slope (m) = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)

m = -4 - 1 / 2 - 1 = -5/1 = -5

y = mx + b

y = -5x + b

(0,6) would be your y-intercept because it is on the y-axis

in y = mx + b, b is always the y-intercept

y = -5x + 6

* you can also plug (1, 1) or (2, -4) into y = -5x + b and solve for b
