First one is 0 aka no slope and second one is 2

Explanation:

y = mx + b

m represents the slope b is the y-intercept

The first one is y = -5, as we can see there's no x so it's safe to say that the slope is 0 cause, 0x = 0 times x = 0

Second one is y = 2x - 4, in place of m we have 2 so the slope is 2
