3/4 and 6/8 time signatures each have 3 quarter notes or 6 eighth notes in each measure. What is the difference between the two Time Signatures? Why use one instead of the other? Answer the questions separately please

i think it is easier to use 3/4 because your counting quarter notes instead of eighth notes also because if you use a metronome the quarter not get 1 beat instead of when doing 6/8 you give the quarter note 2 beats and gets confusing!
