B: No there are not

C: Paper, plastic, metals

D: No they do not they only supply regular garbage bins and regular garbage pickup

E: Paper, plastics, and metals

F: No original ideas here but it would be very helpful it they did have public recycling bins and had weekly pickup as in my area we do not.
