2. Experian's change in criteria will benifit those who have little to no credit history as well as those who have poor credit history with credit cards and loan payments, but have paid rent monthly with little to no issues.

3. A 599 credit score is bad. Because of their credit score, consumers with this rating are likely going to struggle to be approved for future lines of credit or be charged high interest rates.
