Patricia says that 0 ÷ 7 and 7 ÷ 0 both have a quotient of 0. Is she correct? How do you know? (Start with Yes or No, and then explain.)

No

Explanation:

0÷7=0

but

7÷0= undefined

think of it like this,

i gave you 7 pieces of candy

i asked you to cut it to 0

how will you cut something to 0

it is also a rule that whatever number you will divide to 0 will be undefined
