Explanation: what I did was change all of the numbers into decimal form so that we can compare them easier, -2 1/2= -2.5, -2.47 stays the same, -2/5 becomes positive .4 because the entire fraction is negative, you can look at it like -2/-5 and a negative divided by a negative is a positive, And then 5 stays a 5, And 21/4 equals 5.25 therefore your answer is H

Oh and by the way if you don’t know how to turn a fraction into a decimal you simply divide the top number by the bottom number for example 1/2 you take 1 and divide it by 2 which gives you .5 or 12/13 = .923076 hope this makes sense and that this helped
