Explanation:

y = 3x + 4 means the slope is 3 and the y-intercept is 4. So the y-axis goes up by 2 each time, concluding that it does intercept on y = 4 while the others don't. It also goes up 3/1, so 3 squares up and 1 to the side proving it's 3x slope.
