Answer:

The cost of an orange is 21.5

Explanation:

let orange be O and lemon be L

it becomes simultaneous Equations

2O+3L=64----1. x3

3O+4L=89----2. x2

6O+12L=192

6O+8L=178

subtracting

4L=14

L=7

put 7 for L in equ 1

2O+3(7)=64

2O+21=64

2O=64-21

2O=43

O=21.5
