In step 2, Joe subtracted 3 from both sides. This is a valid move, but the reasoning isn't "multiplication property of equality". Instead, it should be "subtraction property of equality" because he subtracted the same number from both sides.

In step 3, he multiplied both sides by 2. So as you can probably guess, the reason should be "multiplication property of equality".

To fix the proof, simply swap the justifications for steps 2 and 3.
