Okay, so when I was five we lived on a small farm. I mean a farm in the sense that we grew a lot of things and had the odd animal here and there. One night towards the end of fall, start of winter, a really bad thunderstorm struck. It was crazy. The wind was really loud and there was thunder and lightning and trees where falling and breaking. You get the idea I think. Okay well one of those trees fell on our power line. We where the only people for like four miles so we weren't a priority as far as power. The power was out for like three days total, but we where only there for like four hours before the real crazy started. Well, a few hours later, there was a giant crash. I completely flipped out and my dad went outside to check everything out. And oh my gosh, my mom lost it. Lightning had hit a tree right over the barn and the tree was going to fall. Now, I think I forgot to mention the fact that the roads down the mountain where blocked with debris and junk. So, my mom and dad got the dogs, my sisters, and I in to the car and we went up the mountian to our neighbours house, but their power was out too. So you basically had like eight people and five dogs all huddled in a tiny living room in the pitch black until the sun rose. It was quite the adventure if I may say so myself!!
Also, keep your five dollars. I'm all good.
