For 1. If two lines are parallel, the slopes are the same.
If two lines are perpendicular, the slopes are the opposite reciprocal, or is -1.
2. The answer is 3/2. Because in a perpendicular slope of a line, it has to be opposite sign and the reciprocal.
3.It is parallel.
because first we solve 6x-3y=8
We move the 6x to the other side, making it -6x
Now we have -3y=-6x+8
We use the y=Mx+b
-3y=-6x+8
Then we divide by -3
answer: y= 2x-8/3
now compare
y=2x+3
and
y=2x-8/3
With this we know it’s parallel because it’s the same slope but different y-intercept .

-I hope I helped:,)
