PLEASE HELP DUE TONIGHT!!! PLEASE

In your opinion, are government actions in response to the Cov*d-19 pandemic an example of strict or loose construction of the Constitution? You will need to think about various things Maryland government has done and things the national government has done. Explain why you think the response is strict or loose and give specific examples of government actions since last March that support your answer.

Well for me I would personally say that the governments actions on the current outbreak of the global pandemic were an example of loose government. I would say this because since it started the United States has yet to see a decline in cases and regulations that were made in other countries with lower numbers were not made here. While the government did put us in lockdown it was barely effective seeing as people still left and spread the disease. I do however believe that our country should have been more prepared and had a better plan.

Sorry this is he best I’ve got I’m not from Maryland and really never looked into the Maryland government so I wouldn’t know. But this should be at least a C
