Vacuole is a cell organelle which contains mainly water, vacuoles store the undigested nutrients while the Lysosomes are the membrane bound sacs containing digestive enzymes that breaks down large molecules

Answer:

Vacuoles hold water or other fluids. Lysosomes are used to break down old cell parts as well as kill bacteria or viruses. So there functions are very differen, there size also varies with vacuoles usally being bigger than lysosomes.
