1) Min: (1, 8); Max: none

2) Min: none; Max: (2, 5)

Explanation:

When you graph question 1 the relative lowest point is (1, 8), but there is no maximum as the graph seems to go infinitely up.

When you graph question 2 the relative highest point is (2, 5), but there is no minimum as the graph seems to infinitely go down.
