Why is it important that your evidence should be provable and not just based on your opinion?

if your evidence is biased, you wont be looking at the full picture, in which you would be either giving false information, or you would be blaming/pining the fault on the wrong person. in which can lead to a larger problem/dispute.

It is important that evidence should be able to be proved because itis based on facts. An opinion can be seen as a hypothesis on waht you think is going to happen but, evidence must be able to be proved through places with correct information or in a lab. If I said " iphones are the better types of phone" that is based on an opinion. If this can be proved and is backed up with evidence. Then it can be proved that iphones are the better phone. (nothing wrong with any phone it was just the closest object to my left)
