m<1 = 131

m<2 = 49

m<3 = 131

<4 and <2 are vertical from each other and so are <3 and <1.

<4 and <1 are a linear pair and so are <2 and <3.

To get <1 do this

180 -49 = 131

m<1 = 131

m<3 = 131 because they are vertical from each other

m<2 = 49 since it is vertical from <4

Vertical from each other means that they are across from each other and have the same measure.

Linear Pair means that two angles on the same line will equal to 180.

Ex: m<1 = 131 & m<4 = 49

So 131 + 49 = 180 Linear Pair
