I think Marzynski is making the film so others can see what happened and how Germany is still dismissing this important event. I think he wants to help educate the younger generation on the terrors innocent people were apart of. I don’t believe that his motives are similar because Zbyszek wanted to learn about his family’s history and their lives before the Holocaust, Marzynski is making a document for educational purposes about the Holocaust and life afterward.
