(f+g)(x) = 3x² + (3/2)X - 9

Explanation:

f(x) = 1/2*x - 3

g(x) = 3x²+x-6

then (f+g)(x) i f(x) + g(x)

1/2*x - 3 + 3x²+x-6

3x² + 1.5X - 9

3x² + (3/2)X - 9
