Answer: Y = 7x/2 -2

Explanation:

Y intercept of -2 means there's a point at (0,-2).

Given the two points (4,12) and (0,-2), we can now find the slope

12-(-2)/4-0 = 14/4 = 7/2 which is the slope

so the equation is Y = 7x/2 -2
