Parallel lines have equivalent slopes, so as the slope of the given line is 2/3, the slope of the line we want to find is also 2/3.

Substituting into point-slope form and rearranging into slope-intercept form,

y-6=(2)/(3)(x-3)\\\\y-6=(2)/(3)x-2\\\\\boxed{y=(2)/(3)x+4}
