Answer:

h(4) = 3

f-1(-3) = - 1

Explanation:

One

h(x) = 2x - 5

h(4) = 2*4 - 5

h(4) = 8 - 5

h(4) = 3

Two

Let y = f(x)

y = 5x + 2 Interchange x and y

x = 5y + 2 Subtract 2 from both sides

(x - 2) = 5y Divide by 5

(x - 2)/5 = y

but y = f'(x)

so f(x) = (x - 2)/5

f-1(-3) = (-3 - 2) / 5

f-1(-3) = -5/5

f-1(-3) = - 1
