Answer: B. g(x) = |x| - 5

Step-by-step explanation: To translate an absolute value graph (|x|) you have to subtract 5 from the absolute value from the equation |x| but not from the value x. For example, if you did g(x) = |x - 5| then you would get a graph that is moved 5 spaces to the right. This is not what we want.
