I lie awake at night sometimes

Wondering about stuff

Stars shine through the window to where I lay

I close my eyes and count sheep, to no avail

The clock goes tick tock, tick tock,

Then finally, the sun hits my face

Definitely more details and description. I took each line and made it more like a narrative. They change it to more of a narrative form because it is more descriptive. I hope this helps :D

the stars light always peering through my window

I tried to count sheep, it wont work

I can hear the clock ticking

As time goes by, I finally see the creep through my window

and hit my face

I added more detail to the poem, explaining more about what happened more than the poem before. Narratives usually are more like stories and have detail and tell you what is happening.
