Answer: Length = 9 cm, Width = 6 cm

Explanation:

L - 3 + L - 3 + L + L = 30

2L - 6 + 2L = 30

4L - 6 = 30

4L = 36

L = 9

Length = 9 cm

Width = 9-3 = 6 cm
