y=2x+7

Explanation:

Since the answer HAS to be parallel to the line y=2x-4, that means the only number that should change is the y-intercept (the last number in the equation.) y-intercept is the x-value when y=0, which basically means, if you put the line onto a graph, look for the point when the line passes through the y-axis, then look at how far up or down that point is (x-value). That will be your answer. Since the line passes through the y-axis at x=7, the answer is y=2x+7! Sorry if this is too confusing, I'm not good at teaching XD
