Assuming only the lengths of the sides of a triangle are given, how can you determine if the triangle has a right angle?

By the Pythagorean Theorem, the lengths of the sides of a triangle satisfy
a^2+b^2=c^2 if the triangle is a right triangle (in which case the angle between sides a and b is the right angle).
