HELP I'M OVER A WEEK BEHIND AND HAVE 15 OVERDUE ACTIVITIES. Ok here's the question: Describe appropriation bills. Who submits them and what is the process for their approval? ​

An appropriation bill is submitted by all 13 departments in the federal government and is considered part of discretionary spending. Each department contains many different government groups that factor into their budget. These bills request money from the federal government and tell the federal government how this money is going to be used. Appropriation bills must be approved by both the House of Representatives and the Senate before they become part of the federal budget.
