There are many strategies to tell a story through a photograph. One out of many strategies is to take a photo to tell a story is to photograph a building or a shop and tell a story about the shop manager, the food, how you liked it overall, how people view it and more. For an example you can take a photo of a certain food that they serve to the place you visited and can make a story on how good it is presented or how good it was. Another strategy is to photograph something special or something that is valuable to the place that you went or visited. For example let's say you went to New York and you photograph The Statue of Liberty, here is a meaning behind it and it would show freedom. Lastly you could even photograph something that shows emotion. For example let's say you go to Disney Land and someone proposes and you take a photograph of it happening. You can photograph the emotions happening around for example the person proposing would be happy, emotional , crying etc. And the people looking would be surprised, happy for then and more. You can tell a story through the photograph because of the emotion and actions shown.
