One side = x
The other side = x+3.5
Perimeter is 2(L*w)
Perimeter is 2(x + x + 3.5)
2(2x + 3.5) = 67
4x + 7 = 67
4x = 60, x = 15
15 + 3.5 = 18.5
One side is 15cm, the other side is 18.5 cm
