Graph the linear function that passes through the point (1. -9) and has a slope of -3. (just give me points :)

What is the zero of the function?

The points of the linear function on the graph would be (-2,0), (0,-6), (-3,3) and (1,-9).
The slope intercept form is y=-3x-6.
And the zero of the function is x=-2.

To find the graph, use the slope intercept equation and the points.
The roots or “Zeros” are the x values where the graph intersects the x-axis. To find the roots (zeros), replace y with 0 and solve for X.
