Eukaryotes:
Eukaryotes are those organism which have the DNA inside the nucleus surrounded by the nuclear membrane. They have all the membrane bound organelles and they have complex cell.

RNA TRANSCRIPTION:
Transcription is the first step of gene expression (process by which the instructions in our DNA are converted into a functional product, such as a protein), in which a particular segment of DNA is replicated into a messenger RNA (mRNA) by using the RNA Polymerase as an enzyme. So the information that was in that segment of DNA is now transferred or copied into the mRNA. Both DNA and RNA are the nucleic acids, and the nucleic acids use the nucleotides as its base.
RNA TRANSLATION:
When mRNA is formed, it moves out from the nucleus and attaches it self to the ribosomes. The ribosome is the main hub for the protein synthesis thus called protein factory. The ribosomes have two types of RNA, Transfer RNA (tRNA) and Ribosomal RNA (rRNA).
mRNA basically works as a INSTRUCTOR and tell the ribosome what kind of protein is supposed to be made.
tRNA works as a little boy who does all the errands so it does the grocery for the making of that PROTEIN. The grocery basically include the amino acids which are present in the cytoplasm, and the list for what amino acids are needed is given by mRNA (THE INSTRUCTOR).
rRNA works as a cook, it makes the PROTEIN. It forms the major part of the ribosomal subunits.
After the hard work of the rRNA and all the other types of RNA. THE PROTEIN IS FORMED.
