Answer:

a rhetoric is used as a persuasion especially in writing. it’s a tactic that drives the side of thinking out of readers during the authors work to try and get them to support the author’s cause or effort in something. when we think of a rhetorical question, it’s something that you don’t answer. the same goes for a rhetoric in writing, it’s used as a method of causing the audience or reader to brainstorm the topic dealt by the author.
